Mr. Bulbuck joined the Company in 1993 and has played a significant role in the development
and growth of the business. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and is responsible for
the strategy, operations and performance of the fund and company. In addition to serving on the
Board of Trustees of the Fund, he is also the past Chair of the Winnipeg Football Club (CFL)
Board of Directors, a member of the CFL Board of Governors, and a Director of the Pan Am
Clinic Foundation. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Commerce from the University
Mr. O’Day is Boyd’s President and Chief Operating Officer, U.S. Operations. Mr. O’Day joined
Gerber Collision & Glass in February 1998. With Boyd Group’s acquisition of Gerber in 2004,
he was appointed Chief Operating Officer for Boyd’s U.S Operations. In 2008, he was appointed
President and Chief Operating Officer for U.S. Operations. Earlier in his career, he was with
Midas International, where he was elevated to Vice President, Western Division, and responsible
for a territory that encompassed 500 Midas locations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business &
Accounting from the Michigan State University.
Narendra “Pat” Pathipati
Mr. Pathipati joined Boyd Group in January, 2015. He brings 30 years of experience in finance,
strategy, corporate development and operations to Boyd, having served in senior executive roles
in the auto, capital goods, construction, e-commerce, and steel industries. Most recently, he was
the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Teichert, Inc. Prior to that, he served as
the Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Continental Tire of North America, Inc.
He holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin, a Master’s in Industrial Engineering
& Operations Research from the Indian Institute of Technology - Kharagpur, and a Bachelor’s in
Mr. Danberg Joined the company in 1997 and has been involved in many facets of operations since that time. Mr. Danberg originally joined the company to develop a new market within Canada but also assisted with the early growth in the U.S. In 2007, he was appointed Vice President, Prairie Region, and In 2011, he was appointed President of Canadian Operations. With over 30 years of both technical and operational experience, Mr. Danberg has been an integral contributor in the execution of Boyd’s growth in the industry.
