Assured Automotive Establishes a Presence in Northern Ontario with Acquisition in Sudbury

Winnipeg, Manitoba – February 20, 2018 – The Boyd Group Inc. (the “Boyd Group”) today announced that on January 31, 2018 it acquired a multi-store operation (“MSO”) located in Sudbury, Ontario, consisting of four collision repair centers. The centers were previously operated by the Nero Family as Regent Autobody.
