Boyd Group Income Fund Confirms Notice Date for Debenture Conversion
Winnipeg, Manitoba — November 16, 2015 — Boyd Group Income Fund (TSX: BYD.UN) (“the Fund” or “the Boyd Group”) confirms that, further to the press release dated November 6, 2015, holders of the Fund’s outstanding 5.75% Convertible Unsecured Subordinated Debentures due December 31, 2017 (the “Debentures”) must give notice to the Trustee by December 7, 2015 to elect to convert the Debentures into Fund units at the Conversion Price.Capitalized terms used above and not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Trust Indenture dated as of December 19, 2012.
