Glass America Acquires Glass Repair Business in Ohio

Winnipeg, Manitoba — March 18, 2016 — The Boyd Group (“the Company” or “Boyd”) today announced the acquisition, through its Glass America subsidiary, of Ryan’s Auto Glass, a glass repair business serving the Cincinnati Ohio area. The Cincinnati metropolitan area is the largest in Ohio and has a population of over two million.

Ryan’s Auto Glass has four locations and has been serving the community for over 25 years. It also provides a mobile glass repair business serving customers directly at their home or business.
